OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

Order processing and shipping:

All orders placed before 1pm on Fridays will be processed and shipped within 24hrs. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday. On the odd occasion that we are unable to meet this, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated dispatch date. If this doesn't meet your requirements, we will cancel your order and refund you immediately.

Shipping costs:

  • UK standard - £3.90 (2-3 business days)

  • Worldwide - please get in touch if you require shipping outside of the UK

We offer FREE standard shipping within the UK for orders over £60

​

Postage and packaging:

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Our packaging is in line with our sustainability values and is fully recyclable and plastic free.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

It's okay to change your mind

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange it for another. â€‹

Detailed returns and refunds information:

  • You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment

  • You have up to 14 days to notify us if you'd like to return an item

  • After this, you have a further 14 days to return the item

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received

  • Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees
